Please keep in mind the following rules for the 2022 Hack the Change hackathon.

1. All your project's design elements, code, and hardware elements must be created during the event. Third-party tools and frameworks are allowed as well as your normal tooling (NPM, pandas, NumPy, etc.).
2. All teams will be given up to ten minutes (8 minutes presentation + 2 minutes Q&A) to present their finished project to a panel of judges.
3. Any intellectual property developed during the hackathon will belong to the developing team.
4. Teams must consist of 2 or more members with a max of 5 people on a team
